How to Log In to the QuantumLoop AI Dashboard

This article explains how to log in to the QuantumLoop AI dashboard, including the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) step that is now required for all users. It also covers what to do if you are having trouble accessing your account.

This article helps practice staff log in to the QuantumLoop AI dashboard successfully. Since March 2026, all dashboard logins require Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via an email verification code. This article explains the full login process and helps resolve the most common access issues.

What Is the Dashboard?

The QuantumLoop AI dashboard (also referred to as the CMS) is the web-based admin panel where your practice manages EMMA and the wider platform. From the dashboard you can view patient enquiries, configure settings, manage operating hours, access call recordings, and monitor performance.

What You Need to Log In

Before you start, make sure you have:

  • Your dashboard username (this is your registered email address)
  • Your dashboard password (sent to you separately by QuantumLoop AI during onboarding)
  • Access to the inbox of your registered email address (required for the 2FA verification code)

About Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-Factor Authentication was introduced for all dashboard users on 12 March 2026. It adds a second verification step to protect your account and patient data.

Each time you log in, a one-time verification code is sent to your registered email address. You must enter this code to complete your login. The code is valid for a single session only.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open your web browser and go to: https://quantumloopai.com/ql-dashboard
  2. Enter your username (your registered email address) and your password.
  3. Click Log In.
  4. A verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
  5. Open your email inbox and locate the verification code email from QuantumLoop AI.
  6. Return to the dashboard login page and enter the verification code in the field provided.
  7. Click Verify (or equivalent button) to complete your login.
  8. You will be taken to the dashboard home screen.

Note: Check your spam or junk folder if the verification code email does not arrive within a few minutes.


Troubleshooting

I have not received the verification code email.

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Confirm that the email address you are using to log in matches the address registered on your account.
  • Wait up to two minutes, then request a new code if the option is available.
  • If the problem continues, contact support@quantumloopai.com.

I have forgotten my password.

  • Use the forgotten password link on the login page to reset it.
  • A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

My login credentials do not work.

  • Confirm you are using your registered email address as the username.
  • Check that Caps Lock is not on when entering your password.
  • If you have never logged in before, your password will have been shared by QuantumLoop AI in a separate email during onboarding. Check your inbox for an email with the subject: Dashboard Access Credentials.
  • If you are still unable to log in, contact support@quantumloopai.com.

I do not have a dashboard account yet.

  • Dashboard access is set up by QuantumLoop AI during onboarding. If you have not yet received your login credentials, contact your account manager or email support@quantumloopai.com.

The verification code has expired.

  • Verification codes are valid for a single login session. If the code has expired, refresh the login page and start the process again to receive a new code.

FAQs

Why is a verification code now required to log in? Two-Factor Authentication was introduced in March 2026 to protect dashboard accounts and the patient data they contain. It reduces the risk of unauthorised access. All users are required to complete this step on every login.

Does the verification code come to my phone or my email? The code is sent to the email address registered to your dashboard account. It does not come via SMS or an authenticator app.

What if the email address on my account has changed? If your registered email address has changed, contact support@quantumloopai.com to have your account details updated before attempting to log in.

Who can access the dashboard? Any staff member who has been set up with a dashboard account by QuantumLoop AI or by an Admin user at your practice. Different users have different levels of access depending on their role. See: Understanding User Roles and Permissions (article 4.4).
